You Are Stronger Than Stroke

A brain bleed in 2018 changed my life in an instant. I was at work preparing for the upcoming week when I could no longer feel the left side of my body. Next thing I knew I could no longer move my fingers or walk. I never returned to the life I once knew but instead journeyed through three years of brain bleeds, paralysis and eventually brain surgery. This life giving surgery in 2021 unlocked the next part of my journey to discover and embrace the new me. I found passion and purpose again and now excited to help others explore and journey through life's tests. I will help you navigate through the unknowns, regain clarity, direction, passion and purpose.

As a business professional I have 20 years experience in a corporate environment where I managed teams. I was able to motivate, train and mentor them into their greatness. As a stroke survivor I tapped into a strength and resilience that was there all along. As a life coach and transformational speaker I would like to support you in your next level of greatness through group coaching workshops,  one on one life coaching as well as speaking to groups of professionals hungry for more.
